Writing Group at Sunrise!

"Be prepared and Grounded” Writing Group. 

2025 continues to present overwhelming and stressful challenges.  Creative, expressive writing is a proven way to be resilient and persevere.  In August, the theme will be Hope!   

"The act of hoping in the midst of moral distress is an act of resistance." ~ Leela Viswanathan.  To stay grounded and be prepared for what lies ahead, we will sit down with Hope, hug Hope, listen to Hope, and write about Hope.

You do not need any writing experience to participate. Bring your favorite writing tools and maybe a friend.
