Writing From the Heart!

In this group, you will “Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.”  ~ William Wordsworth. We will write about loving ourselves, others, and everything along the way in life. Heartfelt inspiration will pound out your words. These two hours will give you time to explore and express your love of life! You do NOT need to consider yourself a writer to join in this experience.

I lead expressive writing groups in a variety of settings ranging from the county jail to the city library. I completed national certification as a journaling and poetry therapist because I am hooked on the idea that the more we engage in the process of creative writing, the more creative we become in all aspects of our lives. I live just off the banks of the Kaw and am grateful for all of the surprises that life has given me!
