Sunrise Youth Retreat

Soak up the last days of Summer with a day full of art, yoga, music, food, and fun!

All youth are welcome to join us for a relaxing retreat where we will focus on wellness, fun, and treating our bodies and minds with lots of love. We will have Yoga by Melissa Mitchell of a Yogi Kitchen, a sweet Smoothie Bowl treat, we'll harvest herbs from our community garden to DIY some herbal remedies, and express ourselves through some easy-to-do art projects.
