Shine Your Light! June Writing Group

In this group, you will shine your light and write! The Summer solstice is the time of the year to celebrate the nourishing light of the Sun and the light within each of us! These long summer days are a good time to nurture ourselves and look for ways with our words that we can fill up with light and shine.

Space is limited to 8 participants. Feel free to share this announcement with your friends. Just make sure they also register so that I have enough materials for everyone. This is NOT a Critique group. I create a place for inspired creative writing!

I lead expressive writing groups in a variety of settings ranging from the county jail to the city library. I completed national certification as a journaling and poetry therapist because I am hooked on the idea that the more we engage in the process of creative writing, the more creative we become in all aspects of our lives. I live just off the banks of the Kaw and am grateful for all of the surprises that life has given me! ~ Iris Craver
