EVERY DONATION COUNTS
Sunrise Project is currently responding to comunity need by hosting Sunrise Community Pantry on our front porch at 1501 Learnard. Community members are leaving and taking supplies as we collectively experience life in the COVID-19 pandemic. All are welcome to take items. The community pantry is not regulated.
Folks are leaving food, diapers, menstrual products, toilet paper and more. What is available is based on community donations. Open every day, sun up to sundown.
Sunrise is providing weekly free dinners each Wednesday evening. Food is paid through a LiveWell Lawrence Community grant. Your donation helps us cover other costs such as staffing, rent, utilities and more.
You can mail monetary donations to 1501 Learnard Ave., Suite E Lawrence, KS 66044 or e-mail Melissa at if you’d like to arrange a time to drop off a monetary donation. We thank you!!
